Returns

The Unlimited Stitch committed to providing high quality products and service to exceed your expectations.  Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unfortunately unable to allow returns on items that have been customized with names, dates, colors, sayings, etc. Also since each order is made individually to your specifications it may not be able to be resold, so those items may not be returned as well.   Please review our Sizing Charts page along with Design Options page, so that you can make sure everything is exactly the way you want, including fonts, colors, etc.  If you have questions about how and what to order please contact us directly and we would love to help answer any questions you may have.   If for any reason you are unhappy with an item that you received, please contact us as we want happy customers and will do our best to accommodate your request. If an error is made by The Unlimited Stitch in the personalization or creation of an item, please accept our sincere apology and we will replace your order at no additional cost to you. Under certain circumstances we might ask you to return your items in order to receive a refund. We do not cover the cost of shipping.

What forms of payment does The Unlimited Stitch accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards and PayPal. PayPal is both easy and very secure and your order will be processed immediately. Local customers may also pay for items or services with cash or checks at pick up (please get approval for local checks at time of order).

Do you do custom orders?

Of course! We love doing custom designs. We will work closely with you to bring your ideas to life.  If you do have custom order requests, please submit them through our contact us page or Our Services page or you are welcome to contact us directly at 309-431-0085 or via our FB page.

All designs offered on this site belong to The Unlimited Stitch and may not be used or replicated by others without written permission.  I work countless hours coming up with my own unique ideas so please respect that.  Custom designs created for a customer belong to The Unlimited Stitch and can be modified and used for other future customers and sales. 

Are there any set up fees?

At The Unlimited Stitch there are no design set up fees for basic variations of designs we already have listed. If you want something more complex there will be a small set up fee that will be listed on your custom quote.

Business/Company Logo Digitization – There can be a $5-25 digitizing fee based on the complexity of the logo and number of sample stitch outs required. 

Use of Third Party Designs -  If a third party design is requested in the making of a custom item, the customer is responsible for the cost of the design in addition to the actual item being made (ex a character embroidery design file purchased off Etsy to make a custom birthday shirt).  Set up fees are waived for orders of 10 or more shirts

What size shirt should I order?

Please visit our shirt sizing chart and contact us before you order if you have any additional questions. If you live locally to Morton, IL you are welcome to set up an appointment to come try on shirt samples to find the right size for you.

What styles of shirts does The Unlimited Stitch have available?

On the website we offer short sleeved and long sleeved adult and youth shirts, as well as crew style and hooded sweatshirts.   On occasion we will offer special apparel items for pre-order specials, these will often be announce on our Facebook group page. If you are interested in a different style or color please email us and we can find it for you.

How do I care for my new shirt?

Most shirts and items with embroidery or heat transfer vinyl we will recommend that you turn shirt inside out and wash on gentle cycle. Hanging the item to dry is best, but most items may be dried inside out on low tumble dry but the longevity of the design will decrease.  Never directly iron on any embroidered or vinyl designs as it will damage the design.   For more detailed care instructions visit our care instructions page.

When can I expect to receive my order?

You can expect to receive your order within 7 to 10 days depending on the size of order and complexity of design.

How do I order?

Orders can be placed online 24 hours a day 7 days a week.  We highly recommend that you place orders through our website.  If you have questions, we'd be happy to walk you through the process over the phone. To place your final order, we recommend using checking out our Sizing Charts page along with Design Options page, so that you can make sure everything is exactly the way you want, including fonts, colors, etc.  If you do have custom order requests, please submit them through our contact us page or Our Services page or you are welcome to contact us directly at 309-431-0085 or via our FB page.

Can I make changes to my order?

We encourage you to double check your order before placing it, but understand that you may want to make a change after the fact. If you desire to make a change, you must notify us within 24 hours by either email or phone. After 48 hours we can not guarantee your order can be changed as it has begun the customization process.

Back Orders & Discontinued Items

We try to monitor the inventory of our vendors on a regular basis. If it looks like our vendors are run out of an item, we will make every effort to contact you. In either case you can substitute another item of equal or lesser value or receive a full refund.

How do I track my order?

To track your order you must create an account on our site.  You are not required to set up an account to check out but if you do you can track your order.  You will receive an email when your item is completed and shipping or pick up instructions will be sent as well.

Can I bring my own items to you to be embroidered or have a vinyl design added to it?

Yes, if you have your own item that you would like a design added to it, I am happy to do that for you but please note that The Unlimited Stitch cannot guarantee how your item will withstand taking on the design or its longevity so please know the risks to providing your own item.  If your item does become damaged at the fault of The Unlimited Stitch, we will work to come up with an agreeable solution to either replace or reimburse for the item.
